COURSE DESCRIPTION
This Dojo Program aims to build skill and knowledge for Change Agent both hard side and soft side to promote their potential and support them to drive change. Participants will have the opportunity to share and learn from each other’s via brainstorming and applying concept in workshop or homework.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
- Understand and practice skills and knowledge both methodologies and soft skills
- Provide opportunity for participants to share and learn from each other’s and apply the concept
- Promote participants to participate and share idea how to develop people and transform organization
COURSE OUTLINE
5 Days workshop within 3-4 months (1-2 days per month). Participants have to do homework after each workshop. Topics of Dojo will be related on.

- Coach, Facilitation, Mentoring, Presentation
- Problem & Decision Making and Brainstorming Techniques
Note: content and workshop will be customized based on participants’ experience and result from homework.
